Special design and consideration were implemented at PNC Arena specifically for guests requiring special assistance or for those with physical restrictions. Accessible seating is available for all events held at the PNC Arena.

Alternate Format Materials

Tactile and braille signage are located throughout PNC Arena.

Assistive Listening Devices

Headsets and receivers are available at Guest Services located on the Main Concourse across from Section 127. A North Carolina identification card, credit card, or deposit is required for use.*

Chemical Sensitivity

PNC Arena understands that many guests are allergic or sensitive to chemicals in aftershaves, colognes and perfumes. We request that guests refrain from wearing artificial scents of any kind when attending an event.

Elevators

Public elevators are located to the left of the box office adjacent to Section 128 in the VIP Entrance area and adjacent to Section 111 on the outside wall of the arena. Elevators are strictly designated as preferred use for guests with disabilities during all events held at PNC Arena.

Emergency Evacuation/First Aid

PNC Arena employees have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. A First Aid Station is also available on the Main Concourse adjacent to Section 111 and is staffed by REX Healthcare employees.

Guest Services/Information

A designated Guest Services location for questions, comments and assistance can be found on the Main Concourse across from Section 127.

Interpreting Services

Guests who require interpreting services are asked to contact PNC Arena Guest Services Department at 919.861.CARE (2273) at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Parking

Accessible parking spaces are located at the East and West parking lots on PNC Arena property. Vehicles legally displaying disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are equipped with accessible stalls, sinks, and amenities. Family restrooms are located adjacent to Sections 111, 128, and 333, and are appropriate for a guest and an attendant.

Rex Wheelchair Brigade Services

The Rex Wheelchair Brigade Services is a group of Rex Volunteers who assist guests that need wheelchair assistance, to and from their seats; before, during and after PNC Arena events. For additional details, download the Rex Volunteer Wheelchair Brigade Services document.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome at PNC Arena. Please contact Guest Services if specific accommodations are required.

Telephone Communications using the Relay Service

PNC Arena has a direct telephone access line for quests requiring the use to the National Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS). Guests using TTY or TDD devices may provide the following telephone # (919) 861-2354 to the CA (communications assistant) for contact with us.

Tickets

PNC Arena recommends that guests with disabilities purchase their tickets in advance to obtain desired seat locations. Tickets are available through all Ticketmaster locations including charge by phone, Ticketmaster online, and at the PNC Arena Box Office.

Accessible Seating is available throughout all levels of the facility.

Wheelchair accessible, visually impaired, and hearing impaired seating not purchased during an advance sale period (which varies by event) may be released for sale to the general public.
